Just got over here from building a new website for a homebuilder in my area. I'll shoot the address over to you as soon as I am finished.
You new template looks "pretty good". The header is a little small. However this is expectable if you have a lot of information that you are trying to communicate. The header ad should always link. If people click, they're going to click there.
I'm not sure I like the Nav Hov color being white. Maybe a light blue might be better.
The FeedBurner widget is clear and functions. It could be better titled with "Dish TV Blog Post Updates by E-Mail"
The RSS subscribe widget is way-cool. I like the drop down menu system.
I like the addition of the facebook widget. I need to get one going over at Bloggers Market.
You need to add another amazon tower widget to the right of the one that you have already. If you define the img size say 120x600, you can squeeze in two. I think the ad you have is 135x600.
You should center the three ads that are set to the left. I could give you the code, but comment widgets don't get along with raw coding, sorry.
I like the gray and blue color scheme alot.
